The best time to visit Egrigol was the end of May and the beginning of June. We did not miss this opportunity and set off with our team to reach Sobucimen Plateau, which is located at the bottom of the Geyik Mountains, one of the highest points of the Mediterranean Region. In these times, the combination of the snowy mountains and the lush green nature of the plateau offers a rare beauty. With the arrival of spring in the region, you can have the chance to see endemic flowers and creatures. The meanders formed by the melting snow waters and the lakes of various sizes in the region create magnificent visuals. The most important thing to note here is not to set off without getting the necessary road and weather information. Because some road crossings are blocked by heavy snowfalls (snow formations around 4-6 meters), it is not possible to reach the region with your vehicles before the authorities open the roads. The dates of the road works may change every year due to the fact that the snowfall is more or less during the year. After getting the information that the road was open, we set out for Egrigol with our "Royal Enfield Himalayan" brand motorcycles. After crossing the Gundogmus district and turning to the roads of the highlands, the magnificent nature of the Geyik Mountains geography began to appear. Since our motorcycles are off-road on our tours, we tried not to go on asphalt roads to enjoy them as much as possible.

As we drove through the Gelesandra plain, we took a short break to photograph our motorcycles jumping off the bumps. Adding the beautiful view of the motorcycle in the air, as well as the fact that the clouds and nature are almost always magnificent in the region, this wonderful photo emerged. This photograph also received 3 awards from the Fiap Patronage Anaphab International Photography Contest: FIAP GOLD MEDAL, SSS BRONZE MEDAL and one ANAPHAB SPECIAL AWARD.
