As (TIE TUR TAKE IT EASY ) TIE TURIZM SAN. DIS. TIC. LTD. "STI ("Tie Tur"), we show maximum sensitivity regarding the security of your personal data. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Tie Tur places a high value on the processing and preservation of all types of personal data belonging to all persons associated with Tie Tur, including our customers who benefit from our products and services ("PDP Law"). As "Tie Tur", we process your personal data in the capacity of "Data Controller" as defined in the PDP Law, and with full awareness of the obligation we have, as detailed below and within the legal restrictions.

1. Collection and Processing of Personal Data:

"Tie Tur" conducts travel agency business in accordance with the provisions of the Travel Agencies Law No. 1618 and the Travel Agencies Regulation enacted in response to the law. Within the scope of the purposes set forth in Article 2, "Tie Tur" may collect, record, store, update, periodically check, rearrange, classify, and store your personal data physically, through the website, social media channels, mobile applications, and other similar means, verbally, in writing, or electronically, as outlined in our data storage and destruction policy; in other words, it may process your data in any way permitted by law.

Furthermore, "Tie Tour" may share your personal data with Tursab, other public institutions and organizations, such as the General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies, courts, lawyers, consultants, supervisors, and/or third natural persons/legal entities residing in Turkey or abroad, Royal Enfield (A Unit of Eicher Motors Ltd.), service providers and suppliers, Tie Tour website hosting and database providers, insurance companies (accommodation c), and/or third natural persons/legal entities residing ("Tie Tour" makes agreements with third party supplier companies while conducting travel agency activities and reservation records for the provision of services on your behalf).If you use "Tie Tur" products and services through our sub-agents or contractual suppliers, your personal data may be collected and processed in any way permitted by law by our relevant sub-agents or suppliers.

Besides "Tie Tur," these companies/people/institutions are solely responsible for the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by third-party service providers and suppliers, institutions and organizations, and our sub-agents in accordance with the PDP Law and applicable legislation.

Meanwhile, "Tie Tur" belongs to us as the data controller for your personal data obtained, kept, and processed by our branches and call center in any manner permitted by law in line with the PDP Law and associated laws.

2. Method and Legal Reason of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected for the purpose of providing the products and services offered by the company in any form of verbal, written, or electronic media within the legal framework set forth, and in this context, for the purpose of completely and accurately fulfilling the responsibilities of "Tie Tour" arising from the contract and the law, measuring your satisfaction with our products and services, informing you about our services and products, and providing promotional opportunities. Your personal data acquired for the aforementioned purposes may be processed and transmitted in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the PDP Law's personal data processing criteria.

3. Rights of Personal Data Owner In Accordance with Article 11 of PDP Law

If you use the methods mentioned below in this clarification text to submit requests regarding your rights to "Tie Tur," our customers will complete the request free of charge within thirty days at the most, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the determined tariff will be charged by "Tie Tur". In this context, our customers are entitled to the following rights:

Learn whether their personal data is processed or not,

Request the relevant information if their personal data has been processed,

Learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and as to whether those have been used for the intended purpose,

Learn the third parties to whom their personal data was transferred within Turkey or abroad,

Request the rectification of the data in the event they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,

Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in line with the terms of our Data Retention and Destruction Policy, which was developed in accordance with the law.

Request notification of the transactions made in accordance with the requests in the articles 5th and 6th to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,

Object to any negative implications resulting from processed data being examined solely by automated systems,

Claim compensation in the event that the person suffers loss due to illegal processing of the personal data.

In this regard, we'd like to remind you that your written applications on the issue may be approved after we've verified your identification.

This Clarification Text is an annex to and an integral component of all service contracts and service procurement requests that you have signed with "Tie Tur."
